Returns policy

If you change your mind and no longer need the Solarspot system you have ordered, you can return it to us for a full refund. If you need to do this you must let us know within seven days of receiving your delivery.

In order for us to be able to refund your money, all goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition so that we can put it back into stock.

Please remember that if you are returning stock to us that it must be sent using a fully insured courier. Goods that arrive back at our offices in a damaged condition may be rejected. Please be aware that the contract for the delivery of returned goods, and any insurance, issues are between the customer and the courier and not the responsibility of Syneco Limited.
